Mukhyamantri Kisan Kalyan Yojana is a state government scheme launched by the Government of Madhya Pradesh under the Department of Farmer Welfare and Agriculture Development. The scheme provides a state government top-up of Rs 4,000 per year to farmers of Madhya Pradesh over and above the central PM-KISAN amount of Rs 6,000. This means eligible farmers in MP receive a total of Rs 10,000 per year from both schemes combined.
All farmers registered under PM-KISAN in Madhya Pradesh are automatically eligible. The scheme covers small and marginal farmers who own less than 2 hectares of cultivable land. Farmers from all castes, religions and communities are eligible. The scheme is administered through the state agriculture department.

No separate application is needed for farmers already registered under PM-KISAN in Madhya Pradesh. The state government uses the same beneficiary database as PM-KISAN. New farmers can register through the PM-KISAN portal pmkisan.gov.in or visit their local agriculture office.
