Who is eligible for PM Ujjwala Yojana?

Women aged 18 years and above from BPL households are eligible. Priority is given to SC/ST families, households with manual scavengers, and families in backward districts. The applicant must not already have an LPG connection in the family name.

What documents are needed for the application?

You need a BPL ration card or BPL certificate issued by the competent authority, Aadhaar card of the applicant, bank account details (for DBT), a recent passport-size photograph, and a consent form declaring that no other family member has an LPG connection.
